Call Pilot Mini Password

Hi

I lost the administration password on a Call Pilot Mini 1.5, I tried to recover the password using the General Delivery Mailbox procedure but I dont have this mailbox password, Does Anybody know another procedure?

is that working behind a norstar or meridian?

search this forum for password reset - it has been detailed quite a few times

this is a norstar forum -but anyways here is the extract from the admin guide - hope this helps

Use this procedure to reset the system administrator password:
1 Dial in to CallPilot system.
2 Ask the CallPilot Attendant to transfer you, or use the Automated Attendant to transfer
yourself, to the General Delivery Mailbox.
3 Log on to the General Delivery Mailbox using the general delivery mailbox number and
password.
4 Press 808
5 Press (R E S E T S M P S W D).
