Call Pilot Mini not forwarding calls to mailbox

I have a Call Pilot mini installed.
If i call into the system the Auto Attendant answers, but if i transfer to the operator extension and after 4 rings it dosent go to the general delivery mailbox.
It replays the Auto Attendant greeting.
If i call the operator internally the same problem happpens.
Any suggestions?

Under General Delivery Mailbox 100 make sure your extension is well entered

Under Operator Settings make sure your attendant extension is going the the same I/C (internal 0)

On your norstar programamming, you must set the Callpilot extension (F985) in the forward on busy and forward no answer in the set capabilities menu. (4 rings)
