We have an Option 11c with a Call Pilot Mini voice mail system. Scenerio is that if a associate manually forwards to voice mail when they leave for the day and a client calls into the main office number after hours and uses the company directory to locate that person, you hear that you are being transferred but voice mail never pick ups, just rings off the hook. However, if the person does not manually forward to voice mail the company directory works just like it should ,,,, dial the name, told you are being transferred, reach that person's mailbox & can leave a message. Any input would be appreciated.

Sounds like you have a port issue. The company directory resides in the call pilot mail, and the extension is forwarded to the mail, but since the caller is already in it (directory), there are no ports available to answer. Make sense?

It maybe ports, but Nortel also has some specific settings (on the switch)for the CP mini. It is not as tight an integration with the M1 as it is with a Norstar.
