Call Pilot Mini 1.6 problem

Hi all,

I have a problem with a Call Pilot Mini 1.6 that has the following problem: each time you call it and try to access a valid mailbox it reboots, i have configured the switch properly following very carefully the nortel manual instructive. CPMini is brand new one and has never worked, I´m guessing its software related... Any ideas?

Switch is a Meridian 11c, release 24.4
