Call Pilot Message "You are calling from a touch phone..."

Hi!

One of our customer has the following problem.

They have a middle size office with 7 lines coming in. Their voicemail is a callpilot 100. What is happening is that when the first line is busy then the second line is ringing just twice and then is getting answered by the voicemail BUT not with the AA greeting. It is giving me the message "You are calling from a touch phone...please hold on and you will be transfer" after you wait for some seconds the call is transfered and is received by the line 2 like nothing happened. Of course that is a big problem for them because they haven't been able to answer the calls once the line 1 is busy and lots of customers has complained about it getting a "weird message" and not be able to rich them.

We check all the FW on busy and all the settings are fine. I really don't know what else to check or change.

Maybe have you checked your system prompts customization or other areas on CallPilot? Maybe someone placed a weird message or something within CallPilot. We have 201 and 600R so I am not familiar with the options on a 100
