Call Pilot Message Delay

Hi,We got a problem in Call Pilot.
Sometimes, Some people complained that they received their messages one day after. Has anybody know how to fix this problem, We are using Call Pilot 1.07. What I need to take a look in Call Pilot.

Do these users generally fill up their mailbox? I have heard of messages being delayed in delivery when their mailbox is full, or nearly full.

OTHER THAN THAT THERE IS NO OTHER REASON, I'VE NEVER HEARD OF LATE DELIVERY IN CALL PILOT MERIDIAN MAIL THATS ANOTHER PROBLEM
