Call Pilot Message Back-Up

I hope there's a simple answer to this. Our Call Pilot does a weekly back-up to tape. Does that back-up include copies of every message on the system or just the accounts and settings, class of service settings, etc.? How about user greetings? If we needed to restore the system from the back-up tape, would greetings be there?

Depends on what you tell the system to back up. Some or all of it.

We're running type FULL SYSTEM BACK-UP.

Then YES. All of your data and voice items will be there. Just know, your Applications will not restore for some reason. Print them out in App Builder to be safe.
