Does any know where I can get a copy of Call Pilot Manager? Thanks for your assistance.

What exactly do you mean? The callpilot manager is the web interface that resides on the call pilot.

You can download the java files so if you are getting in remotly it doesn't take so long, but this is also done from web interface

Yes - browser and IP based. I spent about 10 minutes looking for call pilot manager on the Nortel CD the first time I decided to try it.
In my opinion it is a sweet set up, much quicker than by phone set, and you can see everthing all at once. It is pretty slick that it will call you to record prompts.

call pilot manager is resident within the call pilot. connect to the call pilot lan connection using either a lan connection or a rollover cable and open your browser to when the connection is made then the cp manager shows up as a webpage.

To connect to a Call Pilot:

1. Connect laptop or PC via the crossover cable and then change the IP address of your Laptop/PC to 192.168.110.11 .
To change IP of laptop/PC go to network adaptor (via control panel, netowrk settings) and click properties then change IP and reboot.

2. Open Internet browser and type 192.168.110.10
Once you get to the login page via your browser it will ask for a password....the password is the same digits you enter from a set once you Press F983 and Log: 102XXXX or 1002XXXX (102 or 1002 is the System manager mailbox and XXXX is the password)so enter XXXX only, then you will have access to the Call Pilot admin functions via web browser.

To install Call Pilot to a network/Lan:

1. Ask I.T./Network administrator for an IP address.

2. While logged in the Call Pilot via method above click the configuration tab near the bottom and change the IP of the Call Pilot to the same as the IP given to you by the Network Admin.

3. Logout and unplug your crossover cable from Call Pilot.

3. Connect a regular patch cord from the Call pilot to the network hub/switch.

4. Reboot Call Pilot

5. Now when accessing Call Pilot from and PC on the network enter the NEW IP of Call Pilot.

I should add that if you would like to dial in remotely it is possible via Internet and the built in modem but I recommend that you use the Internet (ask I.T./Network admin to open up the port for you when about to connect).
If dialing in via modem it ties up 3 ports and if you have a 4 port then that leaves....not much so do after hours if you must.

Cheers
