Call Pilot Manager rls3 password change

I need to reset the Password for Call Pilot Manager on a RLS 3.0. I know how to do it on RLS 2 i.e. START>CALL PILOT>SUPPORT TOOLS and logging in as distributor etc, but I guess the login and password for support tools is different for RLS 3?

Do you know the procedure/support tools password for resetting the CPMGR password on RLS 3?

Hello,

If it's a new system and if you have a problem to login you must have the clan and the tlan connected to your callpilot and don't write the name server in upercase you should enter the name server like this : "callpilot".

It was my problem yesterday in a new callpilot perhaps it's the same problem you have.

if you don't see another way, i would run config wizard again and take allthe defaults except the password change
