Call Pilot Mail Set Up

Hey all - I want to set up email notification for voice messages but can't seem to find this option. I am looking under user details but it's not there - any tips?

Thanks for the response - that's what I think is the problem, but before I go shouting my mouth off that the tight ..... never bought it I just want to be 100% sure I haven't missed anything! I nevr bought the system I'm just trying to figure it out. Theres no records etc. Thanks for your help.

Check the installed options. If you don't see Unified Messaging listed then you have to buy keycodes to enable this feature for each user that will be using it. Which CallPilot and version do you have?
