I have a client use a Call pilot 150 with call center. He frequently changes messages to reflect dispatch times. Occasionally, he can't access Call Pilot via the browser. He is still able to access via his phone. The problem is solved by rebooting the Call Pilot. I have had this happen with a couple of other clients, but infrequently.
Why does it lock up and what can be done so we don't have to reboot the Call Pilot??

Thanks,

sounds like something is trying to use the cp's ip address and getting conflict
this can lock up the cp ip

check the dhcp in the router and block the use of the ip of the call pilot

HALLOWED ARE THE ORI

When happens again go to each PC and do command ipconfig untill you see wich PC is using the same IP as Call Pilot.
Maybe the PC is incorrectly set therefore the IP conflict.

Also when it happens agian run command from any PC the IP address of the Call Pilot, if you get a reply yet no browser connection that will also tell you IP conflict.
