Call Pilot Local Monitor Not Working

Hi All!

I have a dumb terminal plugged into the serial port on the face of thr call pilot card. This local monitor always worked for me, but when I came on-site today, the monitor screen is dark...everything is plugged in. What could the issue be (I get the same result with another dumb terminal that is working).

May have been unplugged by somebody while you were gone. You may need to restart the CallPilot. Are you sure the power is good to the monitor?

There is power to the monitor. What is the proper procedure for restarting Call Pilot?
