Just installed an Option 11C Rel. 25.15 with Call Pilot 1.07. We have several issues. I am not sure if they are related. I would appreciate any help you can give.
Under Channel Monitor, Channel 1,1 is listed as Remote Off Duty. We've tried rebooting, reloading software, taking out of service on switch. No luck. Could this be a problem with the MMAC card or something else??
Thru dial is not working. We have double checked the settings including the RPLs. The remote notification is not working. Also, we can not manually record the voice prompts. It won't ring the phone. Could this be a result of Channnel 1,1 not working, or something else? If so, is there a work around?
