I ordered keycodes to add mailboxes to an existing call pilot 100. The vendor i bought the orignal call pilot from is out of business so i ordered keycodes from yet a different vendor and he sent me an authorization code and told me to to go on Avaya
website to get keycode. i tried to register as not a partner and now it tells me i have very limited access and implies that i will not be able to get keycodes. What am i missing?

You need an Avaya Partner to activate the code
