Call Pilot Introduction 1

Hi there,

When you log into some call pilot 100 systems connected to BCM50, they system (Joan Kenley Meridian Mail lady) automatically says "Call Pilot from Nortel Newtorks: Mailbox, Password"

My system only says "Mailbox" when you dial call pilot.

Is there a way for me to turn the full "Nortel Networks Call Pilot Introduction" on?

Look in the properties at the Interface setting if it's NVM you just get mailbox if it's Call Pilot you'll get the other. But I also think it affects the way you move through the voice mail via your keypad. It acts like the bigger Call Pilot platform.

Thank you as always for your helpful information.

I have the system currently set up on the Call Pilot settings, but it still doesn't give me the long introduction, just "Mailbox, Password"

Now that I think about it, this may have been the way it was set up when inegrated into the BCM. I assume the Call Pilot intoduction was only used on Call Pilot 100 when used as a separate unit....
