Call Pilot Installation CD

I just start working in a Hospital and they have the call pilot 02.01.27 (old version) They lost the Cd's of installation so I can't access to the Application Builder to change a voice menu. I tried to get it with our vendor Ronco but they said they can't have because is very old.
Does somebody know where I can get the installation CD?.

Ronco is lying to you or they don't know either... but you can use AppBuilder version 4.x on a 2.01.27 CP. The AppBuilder software can be downloaded from Avaya and your vendor should be able to get that for you.
