Call Pilot in a BCM50...AA Co Greeting not answering 1

Call Pilot programmed AA with 4 rings to Company greeting 1 on Table 1.. 220 attendant extension CCR 1 with transfer to 220 on pressing 1


The phone rings once and goes to ext 220 automatically...plays recorded name and goes to record message...

Would like it to be normal

acting as if fwd all to vmail

That solved the issue turned off the FNA


Another issue has come up.

The company greeting now plays...before it goes to CCR...it seems to inset a message that the caller must dial 1 if they have a tonetone phone or remain on the line for rotary dial


Where does that message come from so i can take it out?
