I have created a CCR tree. In this CCR tree, I have the options like "press 1 for sales department, press 2 for technical support." We have 3 people in our tech support department. What I am trying to do is when a caller press 2, I want to transfer it to any of the 3 people's phone ( not a specific one. If one is busy, the other 2 should be able to pick it up). It is easy for the sales department since we have only one person. But for the tech department, do I have to create a hunt group? If so, how do I route it? I'll appreciate any help. Thanks.
