Call Pilot - Hunt Groups 2

I have created a CCR tree. In this CCR tree, I have the options like "press 1 for sales department, press 2 for technical support." We have 3 people in our tech support department. What I am trying to do is when a caller press 2, I want to transfer it to any of the 3 people's phone ( not a specific one. If one is busy, the other 2 should be able to pick it up). It is easy for the sales department since we have only one person. But for the tech department, do I have to create a hunt group? If so, how do I route it? I'll appreciate any help. Thanks.
 
Using hunt groups would work here if you system supports hunt groups.
Add your members to each hunt group DN, then change the transfer point extension in your ccr path to the hunt group DN.
