Call Pilot - How Many Ports?

My installer just finished setting up a new CICS 6.0 and a CP 100. However, it seems like the CP is functioning only with 2 voice channels. I assumed that there were 4. On the CP itself, only the "B" port light is on. The A port is connected and punched down to the station block, but the A port light will not illuminate. A programming issue? A wiring issue? Thanks in advance.

Sounds like a wiring issue... bad punch?? both lights should on

Wiring- Trace wires back to station port distribution block for connectivity.

Check under port/ DN status as well, what device does it say is on those ports?

Thanks for the info. Had the installer come back and re-punch the wires into the block; seemed to solve the problem. I appreciate your help!
