I HAVE A SVR CP8 2.01.27

I WENT TO THE HOLIDAY MENU AND ONLY NOTICED 4 ENTRIES NOT INCLUDING THANKGIVING. I TRIED ADDING 11/22 AND SAID ERROR a. already exists. But i dont see it in the list of the 4 items. we only you the CP for routing of calls queues in app builder.

any suggestions

Call Pilot needs to see the day/month/year, so you could have added 22/11/2007.
