Has anyone had a problem with their holiday greeting on a CP 100? I do not know what release it is but I recently programmed up the holiday greetings for a customer. Their normal work days have their incoming trunks answered by the AA and then go to CCR 1. I set up the holiday greetings for 11/23 and 11/24 and had the morning, afternoon and evening to play greeting 10 (Thanksgiving greeting) instead of playing greeting 1 for morning, afternoon and evening and greeting 4 for non-business.
When I checked it by calling in, it did not play any greeting and went straight to the CCR menu. DO you have to make sure the operator logged off too? Could this be a possible problem with the release and it needs a patch?
