Ok I'm confused on how you setup the times that greetings will be played. It has Monday through Sunday in a column and I choose what time I want a morning, afternoon, evening, and non-business greeting to start playing. Basically we only have two greetings, we are open or we are closed. So for Monday through Friday I set the morning greeting to play from 8 AM and then the evening greeting to play at 5 PM. What do I do about the weekends. I want the evening greeting to play all day. I'm not sure what version call pilot this is, the system is a Nortel BCM 400 with the windows nt look to it.

Use 6:00pm for every category, all weekend long.

I used to have (Saturday) morn play at 12:00 am,lunch 12:01am, Evening 12:02am then Non-business 12:03am and do same for Sunday at midnight.
Midnight in case somebody did call during the day on weekend.
