I have done some work with Meridian mail, but not Call Pilot. I am trying to help someone with a Call Pilot that operates on a Op 61C. Here is the issue.
They want a DN to forward to another ext if that DN is busy.
If the DN that was forwarded to is busy they then want to go to another DN. This follows to three DNs.
Ex. DN 200 is busy
200 forwards to 300
If 300 is busy then the call goes to 400
If 400 is busy then the call goes to 500
Lastly they want all of this to end at 5:00 pm and have the calls go to voice mail afterwards.
If someone can give me a general idea of where to go in the menues I can probably take it from there. But feel free to be as specific as you want.
