I have done some work with Meridian mail, but not Call Pilot. I am trying to help someone with a Call Pilot that operates on a Op 61C. Here is the issue.

They want a DN to forward to another ext if that DN is busy.
If the DN that was forwarded to is busy they then want to go to another DN. This follows to three DNs.

Ex. DN 200 is busy
200 forwards to 300
If 300 is busy then the call goes to 400
If 400 is busy then the call goes to 500

Lastly they want all of this to end at 5:00 pm and have the calls go to voice mail afterwards.

If someone can give me a general idea of where to go in the menues I can probably take it from there. But feel free to be as specific as you want.

Look at the featured called "Call Redirection by Time of Day". It lets you set a schedule, then the phone TN has "alternate" Hunt and FDN entries that come into play during the scheduled times

It's perfect - I've had similar requests.

the hunt chain is just cls hta then hunt xxx to the next station, that;s good for busy and works for up to 31 stations.. your problem may be ring no answer.. that will only work 3 stations then stop.. so of i call 200 and it is not answered, after the rco is met it forwards to 300 then to 400.. but then it stops.. never forwards to mail or 500..

redirection by time of day is the cure for the after 5 treatment.. another way that i have done that is send the call to a voice mail app, that gives me time of day, day of week and holiday filters that i can send the call to express mail of transfer to 200..
