I am looking for a solution to shut down staff voice mailboxes quickly, meaning no messages can be left in their mailboxes or the staff member cannot check messages. The reason I need this is our company may be in a shut down situation (strike) and we do not want any customers hitting a mailbox that may not be checked for some time. Does anyone have any suggestions using call pilot or through the CS1000?
