Call pilot floating/phantom mailbox 1

MICS CP 150 3.1

Have an extension that has its own mailbox 300.

This extension gets two appear and ring lines that nobody else gets. they forward on no answer and busy to their own AA company greeting that finishes with press *400 to leave a message. The OGM works fine. Initially when I pressed *400 went to mailbox 400 created in CP Was working fine then stopped.. Then it stopped giving access on Feature 983 4001234. Deleted mailbox and reset in CP. Now cannot find it when I try to log in. Says invalid password...when it should be log:4000000

Lets presume Norstar....not sure what OGM is.

Try going back into F983, delete MB 400, reboot the CP, Add MB 400 and test.

Although I never tested it, the user said he couldn't log into MB from another extension...I believed him.

I took off the autolog on the extension that was unable to log into other ext 400 with F983

Now it works
