Call Pilot Flash class of service

Hello everyone.

Trying to figure out how to modify a voice mail class of service of a Call Pilot FLASH.

I am NOT trying to change the class of service of a voice mail itself, I'm trying to change a feature of a class of service, more specifically I'm trying to disable the 'outbound transfer' feature.

On a 'regular' call pilot I can just go into the web interface and uncheck it but there is no web interface on a Flash so I'm rather lost on what to do.

Any help?

Callpilot 1XX
or
Startalk Flash

Startalk Flash does not allow the COS's to be edit nor does it even allow mailboxes the "Outbound Transfer", only CCR would allow this.
