Hi,
How can I check if a BCM is configured for call pilot faxing to the desktop? And if not already set up can anyone supply details of how to do so from scratch?

Thanks a mill..

in unified manager look at your keycodes. if you have it it will be listed. you have to have the keycode before you can program it.
