Call Pilot - FAX Server - Multiple People sharing single FAX mailbox..

We have multiple users sharing one mailbox in Outlook with no problems except for when it comes time for a password change. Our passwords are set to change every 90 days. we get one person who recieves a notice to change the password today and then I have to go around and change all the rest to sync them or mailbox gets locked out real fast. Does anyone else have this issue and what are the workarounds if any.

turn off auto password, re-set to zero I think this is system option....

Is this not set in the mailbox class? You can create a new class for these users only.
