I have two sites with Call Pilots - one is version 4.0 and the other 5.0
We have an issue where inbound fax calls arriving at the 4.0 system will very often have a blank first page. We have forwaded the DN to a 500 set with a fax machine connected and every fax prints correctly.
We then tried forwading the DN to the other system (both are 81C derivated CS1000M's) this system has Call Pilot 5.0 - we get the same problem there.
I think the CS1000 and the inbound trunks are not to blame since if the destination is a regualar fax machine all is OK. Has anyone else seen this problem?
Is there a fix?
