Call pilot Fax Dialing problem

Could anyone tell me how to fax out document by IDD using Call Pilot Fax? That is how to enter Fax no. into the Box?

Fax no. : 001 65 6357 4099
Auth code : 888888


I have tried to do but it is failed and get the message

we have the same problem.

according to our nortel representative here, authorization code is not supported.

explanation? call pilot cannot distinguished which is the fax number and which is the autho code. that is the reason why your error is "the number could not be dialed".

i have my fax servers set at an ncos that does not require auth codes as a work around. number from fax machines are tracked by des for dept billing

the pilot is trying to do a conf call with the auth code and that will not happen. as stated auth codes and fax servers are a problem. change ncos and put rest in you policy statement for the desktop user

-Have you checked your Restriction Permission List in Call Pilot?
-Also make sure your Mailbox Class Details has been assigned to the right RPL.
