This has happened twice over the last two weeks. Around 7a something within Call Pilot causes it to say "Your Session cannot be completed at this time. When you go into the Event Browser this is what is displaying. Anyone ever seen this before?

I have a service agreement so I will have the telco company install. Is there any correlation with updating anti-virus software and this problem? We use symantec and if I think back thats when we started having problems.

Cory356...yes i don't think anti-virus software is
supported on callpilot 3.0

no problems only solutions

Ok so I had At&t come out and look at our system and they are saying that it is a resource problem that too many people are hitting the system early in the morning. They are suggesting we upgrade to a rack mountable call pilot server. Does this seem strange to anyone?

Well, how many users do you have?

How many vm ports do you have?
