Hi got two problems that I could use help on.
1)ext. link transfer from a ccr tree, when i try to insert f71 in the dial out mumber it kicks me out of programing, this is as a path from the home menu-option 4 -transfer -ext and the number.
What am I doing wrong to accomplish an external centrex transfer?
2)got a call pilot 150 wich supposedly has a built in a.c.d. capacity, does any one know of any documentation on how to program it,does it need a key code?Is the documentation on the cd rom but i just cant find it?are the feature codes the same-901,902 ect?
Any help will be GREAT!

On the CCR path go: XFER - EXT - -pool 15 -Ph
#
add oth #
add pause
add dig

then dial string.

This should work. Use of pool 15 is that it's out of range and so can be ignored by the system.

If the 150 sets up like the CP100, then Call Center must be selected at start up. Mailboxes are then added by key code. On the CP100 once call center has been chosen at start up it cannot be undone by defaulting the software. So be careful.

Cheers
