Call Pilot - Express Messaging

I have been asked if there is a way to delay the system before it says the Personal Verification. In other words we have calls being transferred into VM and by the time the sender hits the # for the extension and transfer again the recipient's name has been played and the caller is right into the record prompt. Suggestions? If any?

Yeah but I want to delay it before the name is played. This way the caller will be able to hear it.

Found a way to do it. Build an Application that goes to the Express Messaging item. This will cause the forwarded call to hear the name and greeting of the person.
