Call Pilot Event - Cannot Transfer Call

Hello, we have a Option 11 with Call Pilot used as an auto-attendant, and just recently I began receiving complants that when a external caller dials an extension, they receive a recorded message saying the call can not be completed and to contact the system administrator.

When it started it was only happening once or twice a day, but it continues to happen more often. I checked the event viewer in Call Pilot and found that every time it happens there is a Event Code 55703 that takes place, with the description "System error occured when transfering call SLEE error 0 AppID-CDN 105$dial_ext".

Any feedback on what this error is and how to get rid of it would greatly be aprreciated.

Do you have application ID's set up for the other DN's?
Does this happen on all the extensions/ DN's?
Do you have a menu set up??
Need More info on your problem.
