Call Pilot Error

Whenever I try to install the fac portion of the BCM Call Pilot software I get the following message:

Unable to install the fax printer driver.

The print spooler may be busy. Please restart your computer and try again.

I tried restarting and even stopping the printer spooler but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?

Have you verified the PC meets the minimum requirements?

Are you logged in with Admin rights on the PC?

The systems definately meet the requirements and the accounts in question do have admin rights.

What release and build of BCM?
Which, if any, patches have been installed?

BCM release 3.6 build 2.2c. The only patch I applied was the one to resolve unread voice mail boxes being marked read by google desktop engine. Are there any patches that address this issue?

Its always a good idea to stay updated on the Core and VM software.
You do have the Fax Suite keycode right?

What do you mean by the fax suite keycode? I know that the fax drivers never load. How could I determine if I have the fax keycode?

You need to logon to the BCM and under system----Identification---- then slect applied keycodes
