after we had some network issues and had to restart the phone systems, when I log into Call Pilot I see the following error message:
Dialogic Event Management system initialisation failed. This means that one of the necessary stages of the startup of the CT Server has failed. The CT Server will not start.
What is the CT Server and should I be calling our service provider or is this something that I could fix?
