Call Pilot doesn't come live after move

I have moved a CICS with a CallPilot 100 to a new building. The KSU came live at the new site but the CallPilot 100 did not.
After plugging the unit in (after the KSU), it started to blink (lights on Port 1 and 2) it seems to have gone dead - no light indicating power or operation of any kind. I unplugged and tried restarting it with the same result. When I input Feature *985 to see if it shows on the system all I get is "Feature not active".
What could be the problem?
Any suggestions are greatly appreciated.

If it doesn't come up after several rebooted then I would recommend changing out the power supply. It's a good chance that it currently has a 9v power and it's best to use the 8v cause those 9's are notorious for going up.

After the blinking stops it can take up to 3-4 minutes to boot. Try re-seating the software card and make sure you have a good connection to the KSU. No connection... no boot up.

I only have one customer who has a Call Pilot mini system. Almost every year now, the transformer (9 Volt) fails and needs to be replaced.

If it's working, then leave it alone!.
 
You might also want to leave it plugged in for 15 minutes and then try **xftest and see if it shows any active codes.
 
In your original post you say the port lites were blinking and then went out. This is normal. The lites will stay dark for about 5 minutes after they stop blinking. If you pull power in the middle of bootup you can corrupt the CallPilot. Connect your PC to the serial port using Hyperterminal (9600, 8-N-1) and watch the boot sequence. This will likely tell you what's gone wrong.
