Call pilot Dial 0 in a mailbox 2

I know this must be simple, I just can't find the answer.

Can I remove the Recording at the end of my mail box greeting that direct callers to dial 0 for an operator.

If you only have the Directory Greeting (Joe Blow X222) recorded and have never recorded the Primary Greeting (Your personal greeting) then Bionic Betty will follow the Directory Greeting.

Soon as you record a Primary Greeting then Bionic Betty will not make a peep....ever!.....until you re-create the mailbox.
