I have a CallPilot Manager version 04.04.04.13 with desktop messaging clients release 4.00; Build 4.04.04.12 running on my network.
I constantly have problems with majority of users with their call pilot desktop apps crashing.
What do I have to do to upgrade my clients to another version?
Does Nortel provides this for free?
