Call Pilot Desktops crashing

Hi,

I have a CallPilot Manager version 04.04.04.13 with desktop messaging clients release 4.00; Build 4.04.04.12 running on my network.
I constantly have problems with majority of users with their call pilot desktop apps crashing.

What do I have to do to upgrade my clients to another version?
Does Nortel provides this for free?

Nortel does provide the updated versions but you need access to them. Most customers do not have direct access so you would have to make the request through your Vendor.

Last time I checked the 4.0 manager was at 4.04.04.30. And the desktop messaging is at 5.0.41.10 or 4.04.04.18 if you wish to stay at 4.0.
 
Also another thought, have you checked to see if ports are being blocked or something? IE updated antivirus or firewall settings.
