Call Pilot DeskTop Messaging

I have a Call plot on 2.0,When someone forwards a message from mailbox to another person who has Desk Top messaging intro is heard but message is not there and get error on PC
But if they check it thru phone they can hear intro and message.

I don't have 2.0 but I did have similar problems when the desktop client version was not compatable with the PC Operating System. We now have desktop client version 1.07.11.24 and it works well with xp.

I am on Callpilot 2.0 Desktop 2.01.26.04,My PC is running Windows 2000 and my email is running outlook 2002.Anybody else have input.
