There are 2 features that you may be confusing:
1. Remote Notification sends a notification message that you have received a message, and may include information identifying the party that left the message if available. There are no attachments to this type of notification.
2. Message Forwarding sends the actual message received as an attachment in either .vbk or .wav format.
Both features are available on the CP 1005r (I have several running the latest SU).
