Call Pilot Desktop Messaging "player missing"

Hello,
I am having a issue, started this morning, where our voicemails still show in outlook but are no longer playable. It seems a "player" is not longer attached. It seems to be happening on more an more machines as the day continues. So far Nortels answer is unintall, reboot and reinstall. And I am sure you all know how well that worked, not at all.

Any and all thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

if it has been operating normally until today...the old standy is to reboot the voicemail. that may work. good luck.
