Call Pilot Desktop Messaging LDAP Directory Issue

We have a new BCM50 installed by BT in London. The Call Pilot Version is 42.02.07.22 and the BCM50 is version 2.02.05e. The search base is set to ou=users,ou=callpilot. Its tries to download the Call Pilot Address Book but comes back with an LDAP error. The errow is Invalid credtianls. Please check your LDAP account and password. I have compared the Call Pilot settings to our other BCM50 in Geneva. There is no difference that I know of. The Server IP is correct for the Directory...under the Advanced Tab as well. The LDAP port is 389. I can switch my PC to the Geneava Call Pilot and download the address book for that site. It seems to be an issue with the Call Pilot for the new system. I have let BT know, and I will hear from them in a couple days, or weeks, or so. Anyone have any ideas?
