Call Pilot Desktop Messaging: displaying fax number

We've just had installed Desktop Messaging & Fax today on our CallPilot system however the engineer was unable to show us how to set the displayed fax number on sent faxes. For legal resons in the UK we cannot send faxes without having them display a valid fax number and the way our system has been set up it only displays the three digit mailbox number.

Can this be changed anywhere or do we have to go down the route of creating a separate header page to include with everything?

I had the same problem.

You must go in System -> Service Diorectory Number -> OUTBOUND15(Multi-delivery to Fax)-> Fax Settings -> Sender Fax Number. Here can you put in your prefix. And the same in OUTBOUND8(Delivery To Fax).
