Call Pilot Desk top Messaging

Is there any way to tell Desktop messaging to use less bandwidth? I have several remote sites with VPN tunnels back to the main site where call pilot resides. When I visit any of them and use my desktop messaging, my messages play slow, it buffers a little then plays a little then buffers some more.

Any Ideas?

There are no settings to control bandwidth use with desktop messaging.

There is an option that you can check that tells the player to download the entire message before playing, or you can have CallPilot call your phone and play the audio through the telephone set.
