I have a rather large CSE100S deployment running Call Pilot and I'm gradually having users complain about voicemails not being delivered to their email inbox. I can tell the client to create the Call Pilot folder and drop them to the CP folder successfully but the email inbox delivery option seems to have stopped working for some of them. This isn't something that happened network wide or something that has happened because of new software deployment. I am running office 2007 with cp client 12.0.0.49974. As I mentioned before it's working for the vast majority of end users and isn't confined to certain departments. While the delivery to email inbox is toggled on they have the handset icon and they get a balloon when a voicemail is left but it never dumps to the inbox. Any suggestions? (other than create the cp folder and tell them to get over it) I already tried that and it didn't seem to go over well.
