Call Pilot delay in message waiting indicator

Hello,
Can anyone suggest why the message waiting lamp is delayed? The message waiting lamp is lighting 2 or more days after the voice message is left in Call Pilot.

Is this a real CallPilot or BCM/Norstar version? If real, then you can use the session trace utility to monitor the users mailbox. Typically this will prove the issue to the user, but on very rare occasions, (I have only seen it once since 1997), it may be an issue with not enough buffers configured in the CS1000, CSQI/O.
