Hi Everyone,
We are using CP version 3.x. I have a request to have Call Pilot automatically state the date and CLID of a voicemail message. Now I know this is possible by manually typing in the correct keys during the message, but I'm looking for a way to automate this feature.
One of our agents voicemail account always reads the date and CLID of the message before the message is read and now I have a supervisor who would like to enable the same feature.
