Any ones knows if I reload Call Pilto Server software for 1.07, will restore the sysadmin password????
 
Yes, ALL password will be reset if you reinstall the server software.

But why go to this extreme?

Contact Nortel support to have reset the password if you're a vendor...or contact your vendor if you're not.

Before you start reinstalling, make sure you have the keycodes for the CP, otherwise you're wasting your time.
 
But it will keep my actual info right? mailboxes and all of that??
 
no, it will not retain all your info...reinstall is exactly that, you start with a clean slate.

You want your info, you have to restore from backup...depends on the type of backups you have, you could just be wasting time...i.e., full backup and restore will restore all of the old password.
