call pilot client software 1.07.09 version required

Hi,

I have call pilot server with 1.07.09 version software connecting to opt11c nortel meridian system. I lost the client s/w CDs and my client machine harddisk died. Even though I have license nortel/avaya doesn't support this version. I was wondering if any body has this software available for me to download.

Would that be a 200, 201I or 2001 or 2002 server????

It is available from ESPL (on Avaya's website) if you have a vendor with access to ESPL. I don't think you need PASS as it was originally included software.

NC010709SU04A is the software.

What's a 2001/2002 server, DFKSydney? Server type wouldn't matter here; just the software release...

Thanks everyone for your suggestions. Luckily found the CDROM along with all other software. Avaya told me its EOL product hence they can't help me.

Avaya won't support it, but the software is available for download if you have a channel partner that has ESPL access. Glad you found the CD though!
